The case comes before the court on the defendant's motion for summary judgment on all of plaintiff's claims. Plaintiff, Johnny B. Hermes, brought this action to recover on two crop insurance policies issued by defendant, Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC), in the years of 1984 and 1985.
