Plaintiff, Robert Hamilton, brought this action against his former employer, defendant, Air Jamaica, Ltd., seeking additional severance pay under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 ("ERISA"), 29 U.S.C. § 1002 et seq., and additional vacation pay under Pennsylvania contract law.
