On December 14, 1987, the Grand Jury for the Northern District of Indiana returned an indictment in nine counts against the defendant, Phillip DeGeratto. Count 1 charges DeGeratto with conspiracy relating to the interstate transportation and receipt of truckloads of stolen meat products in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371.
