Gordon Foose (Foose) petitions for review of an adjudication and order from the State Board of Vehicle Manufacturers, Dealers and Salespersons (Board) suspending his vehicle salesperson's and vehicle dealership licenses pursuant to Section 10(4) of the Board of Vehicles Act1 (Act). We affirm.
