This action was brought to recover damages for alleged violations of § 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, 15 U.S.C. § 78j, and Rule 10b-5 promulgated thereunder (Count I), and of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1961 et seq.
