Presently before the court is Defendant Penpac, Inc.'s (Penpac) "Motion for Reconsideration of Order Granting Plaintiff's `Motion to Quash Notice of Removal and For Remand of Case to State Court,'" requesting this court to review its Memorandum and Order dated May 3, 1990.
