Plaintiff Nationwide Mutual Fire Insurance Company (Nationwide) initiated this declaratory judgment action wherein plaintiff has requested this Court to declare the rights of the parties under a certain policy of insurance with respect to fire claims made by Walter Fleming and Teresa Fleming.
