Following a bench trial, defendant, Jessie Ferguson, was convicted of possession of a stolen motor vehicle (Ill.Rev.Stat.1987, ch. 95½, par. 4-103(a)(1)), and sentenced to three years in the Illinois Department of Corrections. Defendant now appeals, contending: (1) an insufficiency of the evidence to find guilt beyond a reasonable doubt; (2) the facial unconstitutionality of section 4-103(a)(1) as its presumption...
