The Denver Department of Social Services (Department) appeals from a judgment of the juvenile court directing the Department to pay petitioner two sums of money, for a total of $2,150, plus interest at a rate of 12 percent per annum. The first sum, $1,450, consists of support payments paid by the father to the registry of the juvenile court.
