The United States of America brings this action for the civil forfeiture of real property pursuant to 21 U.S.C. § 881. The property in question is a Parcel of Land, Buildings, Appurtenances and Improvements, known as 92 Buena Vista Avenue, Rumson, New Jersey (hereinafter the "premises").
