This is a diversity action involving the sale and lease of ten heavy equipment trailers. Thiele, Inc. manufactured ten trailers, which were sold to VanKal Truck Equipment and Service, a dealer. VanKal sold the trailers to Larsen Leasing, Inc., who in turn leased them to S.M.E. Leasing, Inc. All matters in this case have been settled with the exception of one disputed claim between Thiele and Larsen Leasing...
