Before the Court is the plaintiffs' motion to enjoin the Forest Service from proceeding with the proposed Sawmill Creek Timber Sale. Plaintiffs filed their complaint for injunctive relief on May 31, 1990 and a hearing was held on June 29, 1990. At the conclusion of the hearing, the Court took the matter under advisement.
