Petitioner requests this court to prohibit the Arkansas Judicial Discipline and Disability Commission from conducting a probable cause hearing on a complaint filed by Andre E. McNeil. Petitioner's request is grounded on the fact that the Commission failed to give him due notice of the McNeil complaint.
