After a four month trial ending in August, 1989, the jury found defendants Eugene Robert Wallach, Rusty Kent London, and Wayne Franklin Chinn guilty of an array of massive frauds arising out of their association with the Wedtech Corporation, the now-defunct Bronx military contractor.
