Having engaged new counsel, William and Winifred Sienkewicz appeal from a judgment that forfeits, to the United States, their house and farm located at 5 Bell Rock Road, Freetown, Massachusetts. The relevant statutory provisions permit the federal government to obtain this property through forfeiture if the government shows probable cause to believe that the property was "used to facilitate the commission of" a serious drug crime,
