This matter is before the court on defendant's motion for summary judgment. Plaintiffs have moved for partial summary judgment on the issue of defendant's liability. Defendant has also moved for leave to file certain original depositions and exhibits thereto with the court. Upon examination of defendant's motion for leave to file these depositions, the court finds that such filing is not necessary to its decision...
