In this case, plaintiffs allege numerous causes of action against Tony Alamo.1 They assert, first, that Mr. Alamo violated the federal Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S.C. §§ 206(a)(1) and 207(a)(1), because plaintiffs performed work for him for which they were not paid.
