After a bench trial, the defendant was found guilty of public indecency and sentenced to two years' supervision. In his original brief he contended that the trial judge erred when he permitted the State to amend its complaint at the close of its case in chief, that he was not proved guilty beyond a reasonable doubt and that the judge erred when he took notice of the defendant...
