A jury convicted appellants, L.C. Richardson, Claude Biggins, Jr., and Lonnie Lee Jordan, of illegal investment of funds to further the commission of the offense of possession of cocaine. The trial court assessed punishment against Richardson, enhanced by two prior convictions, at life imprisonment.
