Plaintiff Western Publishing Company, using the word "Golden" in its logo and otherwise, is and for a long time has been a prominent children's toy and book manufacturer widely known for its "Little Golden Book" products and for various other toys. Defendant Rose Art, a small, sixty-five year old firm also in the toy field, with a long history of manufacturing, among other things, traditional children's wooden framed...
