ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

This matter comes before the court on Defendant Dayco Products's ("Dayco") motion for summary judgment against Plaintiff John Allen ("Allen"). Jurisdiction is based on diversity of citizenship, 28 U.S.C. § 1332 (Supp.1990). For the reasons stated below, defendant's motion for summary judgment is hereby GRANTED.
