("Kent Recovery") and Lee Murray ("Murray"), Kent Recovery's president and owner of all of its stock, alleging violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ("FDCPA"), 15 U.S.C.A. §§ 1692-1692o (West 1982 & Supp.1989) (Docket Item ("D.I.") 1).
