This Court has previously decided the issues relating to the deficiency and additions to tax in this case. The sole remaining issue is respondent's Motion To Impose Damages Under I.R.C. Section 6673.1 The Court grants respondent's Motion in that we award damages to the United States in the amount of $2,500.
