Before me is a choice of law question in this diversity jurisdiction products liability action for wrongful death and personal injury damages arising out of an aircraft crash on June 14, 1988 at Jefferson County Airport in Colorado. The pilot and his son were killed, and the son's wife, plaintiff here, was injured. There were no other passengers. Plaintiff brought this suit against Mooney Aircraft Corporation...
