This matter is before the Court on defendant Detroit Lions, Inc.'s June 27, 1990 motions to dismiss the lawsuits filed against it by plaintiffs Angelo T. King (case no. 90-CV-71253-DT) and Stanley Edwards (case no. 90-CV-71273-DT). Since these cases involve similar allegations and requests for relief, plaintiffs filed a single response to defendant's motions on August 8, 1990. In accordance with Local Rule 17(l)(2)...
