WHITMAN KNAPP, District Judge.

In this civil rights action brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, defendants Thomas A. Coughlin, III, Dr. Raymond Broaddus, Robert W. Spence, Dr. Francesco Karenik, and Dr. Barry Scheinfeld move to dismiss the complaint. For the reasons which follow, we grant their motions.
