Plaintiff in this action is one of four shareholders in the defendant Bowman Apple Products Co., Inc., a closely held corporation. The five count complaint alleges that the defendant, Gordon D. Bowman, II, has improperly conducted the affairs of the corporation so as to "squeeze out" the plaintiff and obtain her interest in the corporation for less than it is worth.
