Plaintiff Cheryl Churchill has sued the Defendants pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and Illinois law, alleging that termination of her employment as a nurse at McDonough District Hospital violated her First and Fourteenth Amendment rights, as well as breaching her employment contract.
