Plaintiff Michael Redick brought this action against his former employer Kraft, Inc. ("Kraft") after he was terminated by Kraft on December 22, 1988. Plaintiff is a citizen of Pennsylvania and was employed in the Commonwealth by Kraft, an Illinois corporation.
