(Freeport), the original plaintiff, and International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers of America ("IBT") and Local 538 of that union, the original defendants, from the Superior Court's per curiam order affirming the judgment for compensatory damages entered in favor of Freeport against both of the defendants and modifying the judgment...
