This matter is presently before the Court on motion of the public advocate, nominally made pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 60(b), to modify a portion of the order of this Court dated September 1, 1988, "which approves partial double bunking in Wings A and B of Monmouth County Jail, in a manner that fixes the capacity of the 32 cells in Wings A and B at 56 inmates."
