Defendant Kite first argues the trial court committed reversible error by failing to grant his motion to dismiss the charges against him and by denying his motion to set aside the verdict. Essentially, defendant argues that the evidence as to his possession of cocaine and engagement in the conspiracies was so slight as to necessitate dismissal. We disagree.
