ELLIS, Justice.

Appellant American Alloy bought steel plating from appellee Armco. When a subsequent buyer alleged that the steel plating was defective, American Alloy replaced it and sued Armco for reimbursement. In its suit, American Alloy alleged a claim for contribution and/or indemnity, breach of implied and express warranties of merchantability and a suit upon a sworn account.
