DUDLEY, Justice.

The appellant was charged with keeping a gambling house. He filed a motion to suppress evidence obtained pursuant to a search warrant. The trial court denied the motion to suppress, and appellant entered a conditional guilty plea, reserving the right under A.R.Cr.P.Rule 24.3(b) to appellate review of the trial court's ruling. We now uphold that ruling, and affirm the appellant's conviction.
