Plaintiff appeals as of right from the circuit court order granting defendants' motion for summary disposition pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(8) and (10) and dismissing plaintiff's employment discrimination case filed under the Michigan Handicappers' Civil Rights Act, MCL 37.1101 et seq.; MSA 3.550(101) et seq.
