Defendant-appellant Sea-Land Services (Sea-Land) appeals the district court's judgment on the jury's verdict holding Sea-Land liable under the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act (LHWCA), 33 U.S.C. § 901 et seq., for the injuries of plaintiff-appellee Robert Marcell (Marcell). The jury found Sea-Land twenty-five percent responsible for Marcell's injuries, which he suffered while securing cargo on board Sea-Land's vessel...
