PER CURIAM.
Plaintiffs appeal as of right from a Wayne Circuit Court order granting defendant's motion to dismiss on the basis of res judicata and motion for summary disposition on the basis that the action was barred by the statute of limitations, MCR 2.116 (C)(7). Defendant cross appeals from the circuit court's denial of defendant's request for sanctions. We affirm the circuit court's order and remand for determination of defendant's damages.
