ROSENBAUM, District Judge.

On July 20, 1988, defendant entered a plea of guilty to a charge of aiding and assisting an escape in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 752(a). Her plea was pursuant to a plea agreement. On November 18, 1988, the Court accepted defendant's guilty plea, but rejected the terms of the plea agreement.
