The plaintiff Lorraine J. Blume, personal representative of the estate of Emlyn Jones, and defendant J. Peder Kvamme, separately obtained further review of a court of appeals decision affirming the plaintiff's award of $678,367.68 in rescissionary damages offset by a $5,500 purchase price of stock, together with $46,000 in punitive damages, in this action for rescission of a stock transfer based upon fraud. 430 N.W.2d 188
