Appellant, Cordell Lee Day, was tried by jury and convicted of Presenting a False and Fraudulent Insurance Claim, After Former Conviction of Two or More Felonies (21 O.S. 1981, §§ 1662, 51(B)), in the Oklahoma County District Court, before the Honorable William S. Myers, Jr., District Judge. The jury set punishment at life imprisonment. Judgment and sentence was imposed accordingly...
