This is a civil action brought by Richard Wibbenmeyer against his insurer, American Family Mutual Insurance Company ("American Family") to recover from his parents' underinsured motorist policies for damages arising out of personal injuries he sustained in an automobile accident. Defendant American Family removed the action to this Court based upon diversity jurisdiction. The parties do not dispute Wibbenmeyer's injuries...
