PER CURIAM.

Plaintiffs appeal as of right from the September 23, 1987, order of the Oakland Circuit Court granting summary disposition to defendant on the ground that plaintiffs failed to state a claim upon which relief could be granted. MCR 2.116(C)(8). We reverse.
