The issue before the Court is: Do the sales slips denominated "credit billing copy," of Sears, Roebuck & Co. (Sears), constitute valid security agreements such that pursuant to Uniform Commercial Code (U.C.C.) Article 9 Sears has perfected security interests in the consumer goods sold?
