Janet Navigation Inc. brings suit against numerous maritime insurance underwriters to recover on a port risks marine insurance policy that was in effect when Janet's cargo ship S.S. Voyager sustained a fire in its starboard boiler on January 18, 1986 while undergoing repairs at Rodermond Industries' shipyard in Brooklyn, New York.
