CUTCHALL of RAHWAY, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1977, be suspended from the practice of law for six months, for his failure to communicate adequately with his clients, in violation of RPC 1.4(a) and (b), for his gross neglect and for the pattern of neglect displayed in his handling...
