On July 7, 1987, Plaintiffs Delta Traffic Service, Inc. ("Delta") and Oneida Motor Freight, Inc. ("Oneida") sued defendant Transtop Incorporated ("Defendant") to collect unpaid freight bills for freight moving in interstate commerce.
