Gordon Chalk and forty-eight other plaintiffs (collectively, "Chalk") appeal from a summary judgment dismissing their action against Alan Edward Clare, an insurance underwriter for Lloyd's of London. Lloyd's had provided a policy to Harry Winderman, a Florida attorney against from Chalk had obtained judgment in a legal malpractice action.
