BEATTY, Justice.

Ronnie Pollard appeals from a judgment relieving him from the prospective enforcement of a judgment previously entered against him. He appeals on the ground that the court erroneously granted him only prospective relief. He argues that the trial court exceeded its authority when it denied him restitution for what he had already paid on the former judgment. We affirm.
