ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having recommended that TIMOTHY WEEKS of NEWARK, who was admitted to the Bar of this State of 1972, be indefinitely suspended from the practice of law;

And it appearing that efforts to communicate with respondent in respect of these disciplinary proceedings have produced no response;

And it further appearing that Respondent has not acknowledged any notices of disciplinary hearings...
