Plaintiffs, Dr. and Mrs. McIntyre, invested much of their life savings with defendant Okurowski and four defendant corporations with which he was affiliated.1 Dr. McIntyre's company, plaintiff Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery Associates, Inc., also invested a substantial amount of money with defendants.2 All of the investments eventually soured, and plaintiffs...
